The Level Creek PTA is entirely volunteer-run — a community of parents, guardians, and staff working to make school better for every kid here.

Mission

We speak up for every child at Level Creek — in the classroom, the community, and anywhere decisions about kids get made. We connect families with the tools to raise, educate, and protect their children, and we get parents involved in public education.

Vision

Every child deserves a great education and a place where they’re truly cared for. We rally families and neighbors to make that real, together.

Purpose

Champion kids’ well-being at home, at school, and around town

Giving & Grants

LCE PTA has made a habit of giving back to the classroom.

10% of the money collected from our annual Fall Fundraiser goes directly back to our teachers and students in the form of teacher grants.

Teacher grants

Teachers can apply for much-needed classroom equipment, innovative teaching programs and strategies, or new curriculum they would like to implement.

2025–2026 Latest

The year membership passed 371, the media center remodel wrapped, and the Fall Fundraiser topped $70,000.

Three hundred seventy-one families joined the PTA. A $70,000 Fall Fundraiser funded new sound systems, teacher grants, and the final shelves of the media center remodel — on top of a full calendar of family and staff appreciation events.

President Sun Park closed out 2025–2026 with a review that spanned membership, fundraising, and a full calendar of school life — plus a changing of the guard for the year ahead.

371 PTA members carried the year, pushing membership income past $16,000 — about $2,300 ahead of budget. The Fall Fundraiser raised $70,000, funding an updated marquee sign, indoor and outdoor sound system upgrades, teacher grants across multiple classrooms, Generation Genius as a school-wide resource, and the final bookshelves for the media center remodel.

Beyond the big-ticket wins, the PTA showed up all year: an emergency food drive for the North Gwinnett Co-Op, a holiday yard sale that raised $600 in grocery gift cards for families in need, Kindness Week with a visit from the Mayor of Suwanee and local police, Heritage Night, Reflections, the Spring Carnival, and appreciation weeks for teachers and bus drivers alike.

The year closed with new leadership stepping up for 2026–2027: incoming President Kim Canon, Vice Presidents Lidia Griffin, Liz Ricossa, Jaime Kim, and Fritzi Gandhi, and Treasurer Kayla Chesser.

Media Center remodel — complete

The final round of bookshelves closed out the multi-year library rebuild that started with new shelving and furniture in 2023–2024.

Campus sound & signage upgrades

A new indoor wireless sound system, outdoor event sound upgrades, and an updated marquee sign for the whole community to see.

Kindness Week

Staff and community appreciation, plus a visit from the Mayor of Suwanee and local police officers.

A full calendar of care

Two hundred sixty-nine families chose the PTA. Over a thousand students felt it. One hundred twenty-three staff members got the tools to teach better.

Joining the PTA doesn’t mean you’re signing your life away — it means you believe in the students, staff, and families at Level Creek.

This was the year Level Creek’s PTA could point to a number on a membership dashboard and still feel every Friday morning behind it.

269 members didn’t just join a list — they underwrote Arts in Education, stacked a media center with books and furniture, and kept teacher grants moving into every grade band. 1,102 students and 123 staff sat downstream of those choices: specials stocked, classrooms resourced, stages booked.

The poster tells the full inventory. The story is simpler: when families show up together, the school gets louder, kinder, and better equipped.

Arts in Education

From kindergarten imagination shows to fifth-grade history stages, every grade got a live arts experience.

Family nights that stuck

Party on the Playground, Paw Parade, Bingo, Carnival, Heritage Night — the calendar that makes a school feel like home.

PE equipment, STEM robots, Spanish games, decodable books, color printers, weather kits — grants that land in real classrooms.

The year fundraiser dollars turned into teacher grants and a media center rebuild.

Twelve thousand dollars in teacher grants. A media center re-shelved and re-furnished. Playgrounds, planters, and grade-level gardens tended by volunteers who never made the yearbook cover.

Each year, a portion of the Level Creek Elementary School PTA fundraiser goes directly to teachers who submit grant requests for their classrooms.

Before the membership dashboard made the headlines, 2023–2024 was the year the PTA proved the model in concrete: fundraiser in, classroom out.

$12,000 in teacher grants went to the people who fill the building every morning. The media center got more than a facelift — it got furniture, books, and shelves built for real traffic. Specials and grade levels received materials with names attached: soccer equipment, decodable readers, chapter books, 3D models of Earth and Moon.

It’s the quiet arithmetic of a strong PTA year: dollars raised by families, spent where students can touch them.

Each teacher received $100 at the start of the year for classroom needs — small dollars, school-wide reach.
